Feral Cat Research Project

The Feral Cat Research Project is a collaborative project designed to study the genetics and microbiology of feral cats in Western Pennsylvania. The work is conducted in undergraduate courses and by undergraduate students in independent research projects. My students are looking at the bacteria in the cats, both normal flora and potential disease-causing and zoonotic bacteria.
